We are sorry to say that our December luncheon at the DFW Hilton has been canceled due to the rise in COVID cases and contract requirements with the Hilton.  We hope to see you at the next luncheon in 2021!

We hope you enjoyed the holidays, but we sure have missed seeing all of you!  Please join us for lunch at Malai Kitchen. Malai has put together a delicious special menu and will include a glass of wine with the price of the luncheon. In lieu of a program, we can enjoy catching up with friends and get the latest club information. Please join us for our February luncheon where we have the unique opportunity to get to know the new Southlake Carroll superintendent, Dr. Lane Ledbetter.  We will learn about his professional journey and will find out what led Dr. Ledbetter back to his alma mater.  During normal times, the proceeds from our School Supply Sale are distributed to the school district principals during our luncheon.  Due to COVID, the principals are not able to attend, but the details of the hand delivery of the checks and plan for the money will be shared. Southlake Women’s Club is extremely excited to welcome back our long-time friend, Donna Smith & her team from Out of the Garden!  You don’t want to miss this amazing opportunity to learn from Southlake’s best-kept secret!  As many of our members already know, Donna has many years of experience in providing one-of-a-kind arrangements for all kinds of events including weddings, galas, inaugurations, and most recently, The Granddaddy of Them All ~ The Rose Bowl!  Come hear all about her behind-the-scenes experiences at this historical event!  Donna will be providing hands-on expert floral arrangement instruction and each attendee will leave with a stunning floral arrangement to take home! Delta Hotel Southlake will be serving a plated lunch and all attendees will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We are very excited to announce plans for our April "Mad Hatter" luncheon! Moxie's is hosting us in their private room.  The menu will include a starter salad, an entree of choice (2 burger options, 2 salad options and a vegetarian option as well) and a signature drink created just for us! Dust off your crafting skills and let's see who can come up with the most creative hats!  Prizes will be awarded in several categories, so don't miss the fun. Please join us as we celebrate the 35th year anniversary of the Southlake Women's Club!  Come and enjoy a wonderful meal and learn a little about the history of SWC.  We've come a long way, baby! We are very fortunate to have Mayor Laura Hill as our special guest speaker.  In honor of Mayor Hill, please wear your fanciest or craziest shoes! This year, our May meeting will follow the tradition of offering fabulous raffle prizes.  You may purchase 1, 3, 7, 20 or more raffle tickets along with your luncheon ticket, with ALL proceeds from the raffle going to fund our Community Service efforts.  Raffle tickets may also be purchased at check-in.
