New Member Coffee and Conversation

Hey NEW members! Grab a friend and come learn about who we are and what we do. The Southlake Women's Club committee chairs and members want to welcome you to our club.  We will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding club activities and important events such as Art in the Square, Senior Valentine luncheon, and other community outreach projects. Please come by and enjoy a morning filled with great information and get to know the fabulous ladies of Southlake Women's Club! Light bites provided courtesy of Scratch Catering and Fine Foods. We will be meeting at a member's home in Southlake.  The location will be emailed to the registered attendees prior to the event. All SWC members are encouraged to attend. February Luncheon – 2020

March Luncheon – 2020

We are very excited to welcome back Donna Smith, and her team from Out of the Garden! Donna will provide expert floral arrangement instruction and you will leave the luncheon with a beautiful floral arrangement to brighten up your home! The limit of 40 spots available for making the arrangement as been reached!  We still would love to have you at the luncheon. LATE REGISTRATION: Be sure to register for the luncheon before 5:00 pm on Monday, March 2nd.  After that time, prices increase.

November Luncheon – Kirby’s

Please join us for our November luncheon at Kirby's Steakhouse in Southlake! You will be treated to a delicious meal and a complimentary glass of wine or champagne. More details on the program to follow. Let’s make life a little bit easier for those in need! As many of you know, in past years we have provided the food for a Thanksgiving meal hosted by the I can Still Shine organization.  This year I Can Still Shine will not be having the annual Thanksgiving meal due to the pandemic.  They will be providing baskets of food to about 50 families.  They have requested that we provide canned food items for these baskets. Baskets will start being delivered on 11/10, so please plan to drop off your donation by 11/7. November Social – Texas Gun Experience

Get ready for a ladies' night like no other!  Texas Gun Experience is hosting this event exclusively for Southlake Women’s Club. Whether you are an experienced shooter or it’s your first time, our Ladies Only “Shoot & Champagne” is the perfect event to connect learning with camaraderie! Our staff of female firearms instructors will be on the line to assist you with your own firearm or one of the many rentals we will have available for you to try! December 2020 Luncheon – Cancelled

We are sorry to say that our December luncheon at the DFW Hilton has been canceled due to the rise in COVID cases and contract requirements with the Hilton.  We hope to see you at the next luncheon in 2021!

SWC Holiday Party – December 2020

We were so sad to cancel our December luncheon, but we are very excited to offer this opportunity for our members to get together one last time in 2020.  We invite our members and a plus one to a special holiday social, hosted by Scott and Laura Harryman in their beautiful Southlake home! We hope you will join us for some holiday cheer and maybe a little bourbon tasting.  The food will be catered in order to be in keeping with CDC guidelines and the Harryman's home has plenty of space for social distancing. As with all our events, temperature checks and signed waivers are required.  The Harryman's address will be emailed to the attendees prior to the party. February Luncheon – il Calabrese

Please join us for our February luncheon where we have the unique opportunity to get to know the new Southlake Carroll superintendent, Dr. Lane Ledbetter.  We will learn about his professional journey and will find out what led Dr. Ledbetter back to his alma mater.  During normal times, the proceeds from our School Supply Sale are distributed to the school district principals during our luncheon.  Due to COVID, the principals are not able to attend, but the details of the hand delivery of the checks and plan for the money will be shared.
