It’s that time of year where we will once again hand out proceed checks from last summer’s School Supply Sale!  Come hear what our CISD principals plan to use the funds for, and enjoy some catching up with friends after the holiday chaos has ended.

We are pleased to have Julie Thannum, CISD Assistant Superintendent for Board and Community Relations speak at this meeting as well.  Julie will give us her special insights on:

• Communications and the way it has changed for our Dragon families and our district
• Ways parents can engage with kids while keeping in mind the busy dynamics of today’s family unit
• How technology and social media have transformed our expectations and habits
